1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between StormLine, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Anto Marić (hereinafter: "StormLine") and visitors or users of the website stormline.hr and its associated services, including the Fusion OTT Platform software solution. By using the website, you accept these terms in full.

2. Scope of Service

StormLine provides software development services, server and network infrastructure management, IT support, and a software management solution called "Fusion OTT Platform". Fusion OTT Platform is an OTT/CDN load-balancer & license management platform — an exclusively software tool for managing users, devices, packages and licenses — it does not include television channels, movies, series, streaming lists or any other media content, and does not sell or distribute third-party copyrighted content.

3. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the content they upload, distribute or manage via Fusion OTT Platform, including ensuring all necessary rights to that content and compliance with applicable copyright laws. StormLine bears no responsibility for misuse of the software by the user.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the software, source code, design, documentation and trademarks of StormLine (including the name and logo "Fusion OTT Platform") belong to StormLine, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Anto Marić, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use in accordance with the selected package.

5. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify StormLine, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Anto Marić for any damage, cost or third-party claim arising from the user's misuse of the service, breach of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content distributed by the user.

6. Regulatory Compliance

StormLine seeks to provide services in accordance with applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union, including regulations on electronic commerce, data protection and consumer protection. Nothing in these terms constitutes a guarantee of absolute compliance with all regulations in all jurisdictions in which the user operates — the user is responsible for ensuring their own business complies with the regulations applicable to them.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services and packages are available on the website or provided via an individual quote upon request. Payment is made in accordance with the terms specified in the quote or contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is", without express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law. StormLine, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Anto Marić is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. The total liability of StormLine, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Anto Marić on any basis is limited to the amount the user paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the harmful event, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, where the limitation of liability does not apply in accordance with law.

9. Amendments

StormLine, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Anto Marić reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Termination and Suspension

StormLine, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Anto Marić reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the service if they breach these terms, misuse the service, or fail to settle outstanding debts, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. For any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
