1. General Information

These License Terms govern the use of software solutions owned by StormLine, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Anto Marić, including the software management solution "Fusion OTT Platform".

Priority of Terms for Fusion OTT Platform: For Fusion OTT Platform, the more detailed terms stated on the Fusion OTT Platform — Terms & Disclaimer page apply. In case of conflict between these License Terms and the Fusion Terms, the Fusion Terms take precedence for matters specific to Fusion OTT Platform.

2. Fusion OTT Platform — Description

Fusion OTT Platform is an OTT/CDN load-balancer & license management platform that enables management of users, packages, edge load balancing and analytics.

Fusion OTT Platform is a technical software solution for managing streaming edge infrastructure and does not provide, broadcast or distribute TV channels or other media content.

3. What the License Includes

• the right to use the Fusion OTT Platform software;
• user account management;
• content management (without the media content itself);
• analytics and reports;
• technical support;
• software updates within the selected package;
• use of the software exclusively in accordance with the selected package and these License Terms.

4. What the License Does NOT Include

• TV channels;
• movies;
• series;
• streaming lists;
• any other media content;
• rights to distribute third-party content.

Fusion OTT Platform does not sell or mediate the sale of streaming channels or third-party copyrighted content.

The license also does not include hosting, domain registration, CDN services, streaming infrastructure or third-party services, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. User Responsibility

The license user is solely responsible for securing all rights to the content they distribute or manage through Fusion OTT Platform, and for compliance of their business with applicable copyright and media service laws in the jurisdiction in which they operate.

The User is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits and authorizations for the content they use through the software.

The User undertakes not to use Fusion OTT Platform for activities that are contrary to applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Fusion OTT Platform, its source code, design, documentation, name and other intellectual property rights belong to StormLine. The license does not transfer ownership of the software or any right not explicitly stated in these terms.

7. License Duration and Type

The license is granted for a period and according to the scope of the selected package (e.g. Starter, Professional, Enterprise), as stated in the quotation or contract, and is valid exclusively for the user to whom it is issued (non-transferable without written consent of the Service Provider).

The license may not be assigned, sold, rented, sublicensed or otherwise transferred to third parties without the prior written consent of StormLine.

8. Usage Restrictions

The User must not:

• decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software, except where explicitly permitted by mandatory regulations;
• remove copyright notices or other ownership marks;
• use the software for illegal activities;
• attempt to bypass technical license restrictions;
• use the software in a way that may compromise the security or availability of the system.

9. Updates

StormLine may periodically issue updates, security patches and new versions of the software.

The availability of individual updates depends on the selected license package.

10. License Termination

StormLine may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke the license if the User:

• breaches these License Terms;
• uses the software in violation of the law;
• fails to settle due obligations;
• uses the software in a way that compromises the security, stability or rights of other users.

If circumstances permit, StormLine will allow the User a reasonable period to remedy the breach before permanent revocation of the license.

11. Governing Law

These License Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

If the User is a consumer, this provision does not limit their legal rights arising from mandatory consumer protection regulations.
